As of February 2008 businesses with 50 or more employees governed as part of FMLA and of the Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008, employers must post the new notice that members of the U.S. armed forces can receive an extension of family leave time even if the employer does not have any employee currently on FMLA leave.
